Naming Names

I complained all day  about this LAST paper I had to do and officially named it the paper from Hell in unsion with other class members. I groaned as I grinded. Well, I have a change of heart now. It is late night and I am prepared to type and grind until noon.

WHY? Because when I went home and picked up off where I left on my laptop, it did an autosave and erased everything from my disc. The love of mother nature could not lift me up from my disapointment.

ALL of my finals were gone! I started to count my lucky stars that one of them was handed in last week, one was printed this morning along with a statement of philosophy, but my finished Harry Potter paper was completly gone and so was the one I was working on at the time… oh wait… the laptop autosaved it! I rushed through the laptop restart process and found the very paper on the desktop. Oh thank god that I shed my tears over the loss of ONE paper.

I franitically looked for the first draft of Harry Potter on the other discs… then relized I had saved it on the laptop last march and took a deep breath as I checked. It was there. So now what I only need to do is retype the additions and expansions to that paper. Im so envious of DarDar, she got to finish everything and knows her grades! Wheee! Yippie for her!

I AM THANKFUL for what I have to work with through the night. My complaints before seem so feeble and selfish- its life that gives us lessons to remind us of important things.
